Therefore, it is crucial to exercise caution in such situations.
Please keep the following points in mind:

2️⃣ We never initiate DMs with users.
3️⃣ Do not send money to anyone claiming to be a member of the Txbit team or staff.
4️⃣ We never ask you to send us money in order to unlock your account or pending withdrawals or deposits.
5️⃣ We will never ask you to provide your password.
6️⃣ Only follow us on our official social media channels, which are available on our website.
7️⃣ When in doubt, refrain from taking any action.
